This came in the shop today for sale, had to buy it. I hope $700 wasn't too much.

That looks like a 70's Jazzmaster decal on a Coronado neck. Mmmm....

Transitional period decal and faded red band. Umm.. early '66-'67..

Been a long tme since I have seen those tuners on a guitar.

neck is poly with nitro over face of headstock, not sure if the body is nitro or poly yet. Body does have red on the back.
Grovers are stock with Fender logos which is pretty sweet. Neck was shimmed at the factory so it has the heal warp which is nice and needs a board plane and refret. The truss rod is very good and not stupid tight.
Poly should put it at '68+, it was nice of someone to remove the date stamp tho.

Here's my number one -- it is a Wildwood 10 1961 Relic. It's one of those that I instantly knew was better than the lot of strats that I've owned. It isn't going anywhere any time soon.
