Custom Made Chassis

Not sure if this is the proper category but here goes. I need custom made aluminum chassis made. Open or closed ends various sizes. Low costs a must. Who do you guys use? Thanks. Mods feel free to move if in the wrong area.

Get your self a sheet metal brake. Simple or a box and pan, beats the cost
of having someone else make it in the long run, the chassis becomes a custom
feature every time.

Thanks Andy, but I am disabled and partially blind so that is not an option. It is all I can do with a combination of magnifiers and my teen aged son's eyes to build amps. I can only do tube stuff now after years of owning my own shops, I can't do any pc board stuff. I may be a lot slower than most of you guys but I get it done eventually. I have built maybe ten or twelve this year so far. I had to retire early because of my disabilities so I build amps to keep busy. So I do need to obtain chassis from someone else. I have a need for a Chassis to fit a Marshall Valvestate 2-12 cab. I sold the chassis which was solid state and I made drawings with measurements and sent them to a guy on this forum who claimed he would build it. Now over a month later no chassis and no drawing! I have to reconstruct the drawing as the original chassis is gone now.It has a total of five bends including the mounting lips (flanges). The other chassis I need are normal head types and combo types. I am in Chicago if that matters.

I have in the past (once) used Ron Work for a chassis. Did a good job. Have tried to contact him but haven't heard back, so I don't know if he's still doing it...

I talked to Ken Watts at Turretboards.com and he does custom chassis minimum is 10 units send him an email with drawings and he will quote.

If you need a group buy started depending on what your getting I am always interested in more chassis.

A group buy may be a possibility on the "standard" chassis, combo and head. But I also need a one of to fit the Marshall Valvestate 2-12 cab. I have to decide on the dimensions and then see how many people want to go in on them.
