Just finished my express redo,I got the chassis which is NIK'S from Allyn,The Boards from Dana......everything else was either on the shelf or off the orginal amp.Here are some pics!!!!!

Great build Chris! I went through my whole stash of preamp tubes and tubes in my other amps before finding a good combination. The amp because of its voicing will expose microphonic preamp tubes!

Thank-you !! I have a ton of old -pulls,that range from sovtek to telefunkin.Most are too microphonic for an express.
I'm gonna try some nos pre's when I get some cash,I do have a nice set of RFT 34's and some good seimans 34 aswell
