Well the old stuff is long gone but rjguitars sells new boards that he has drilled but don't buy any until I get mine first.

I was responding to the comment of whether RJ had limited stock of his "replica" perfboard. There is plenty to go 'round. No need to worry about someone else buying theirs first. Otay???

Matter of fact, I have also responded via PM to others that have expressed an interest in finding original Vector board.

Hey guys, there is indeed plenty to go 'round... certainly of the replica which seems to have worked out really well and also a very few pieces of original recipe

I have enough to make a couple sets using the original Vectorbord and flea clips... but the price is 10X of the replica and the end result sounds sounds so similar that I couldn't live with myself if anybody bought it.

The original is basically identical in physical specification and honestly the old stuff really sucks to work with. It's 30 or 40 years old an is pretty brittle plus smells awful when you solder against it. You can use flea clips O.K., but if you try to swage a turret in it tends to shatter pretty easy.

The replica stuff is much more flexible and also gives you some of that awful smell in case you need that to feel like your building something really authentic...

Yes I still make them from time to time out of the original phenolic, I don't have any made up at the moment.
