question about the diodes to Bob-I

Post by mat »

Hello,

On this picture:

Does the lower diodes go to ground ? On the Hybrid-A schematic (if I follow it right) they go to 345V.

Thanks,
mat

You are correct - it should go to 345VAC.

The "bottom" (normally the "top") of that capacitor should go to ground instead. That is the filter cap for the bias supply.

This layout is inaccurate. The diodes go to the 2 sides of the PT, 330VAC each.
