Hi Andy, hi all,

in your PM you wrote, that your german friend, the famous author and Radio guy Jesse Schwarz, who wrote "A Dumblebook", is at a loss, because he cannot find someone to service his Dumble amps.

As right now I don't know someone in Germany to recommend, who would like to service the Dumble Amps of Jesse Schwarz, perhaps some other member here has some advise for Jesse (even if it may sound strange to some here, that the famous author of "A Dumblebook" cannot find a service tech by himself?)

So if you have some advise for Jesse, please post it here or send a PM to Andy Fuchs (I don't feel free to give away Jesses .de e-mail, as Andy did give it to me in the context of a PM).

Cheers

Hi everybody,

my name is Jan and I'm from Germany and a member of this group. Building amps myself and doing my own designs, maybe I can help.

I hope I understood what you're looking for? There's a friend of Andy Fuchs's in Germany Jesse Schwartz, who needs someone to service his dumble Amps?

If that is the point I know one or two people here in Germany, including myself who can do that. Still it would be good to know where in Germany Jesse is living, so that it's not needed to drive that far and what's his problem with his amps.

Maybe someone could make a contact with Jesse, so he can email me what his problem is.

Hope I can help.

Thanks and Regards.

Hi Jan,

yes, that's at least, how I understood Andy's PM. Andy can forward your offer to Jesse Schwarz as he knows his .de e-mail address. You can reach out to Andy by sending him a PM.

Thanks for your kind offer to help Jesse Schwarz. Perhaps others might chime in?

Best regards,

Max

No, Jesse Schwarz is the name you find on and in "A Dumble Book" as being the name of its author and publisher. And I'm not the author or publisher of this book. It would even never come to my mind to write or publish a book about the life and work of a living person without his explicit whish that this should be done and without his participation. My personal opinion is that every living person should have the right to tell his story by himself or to whish that his story isn't told at all - at least as long as his live lasts - if this schould be his will. But of course this is only my private and personal opinion in regard to this book.

Cheers and have a great Sunday!
