Funny! Yeah I had no. 2 pencil, tee-square, measured out the holes, center-punched each hole, and then started drilling. It took about 3 hours.
Nah, I had a metal template that already had the holes. I just laid it over the box, as you mentioned, and started drilling.......and drilling......and drilling.
