Man when I was 18 I worked at a mobile home factory and was around pink insulation all day long.
After I quit there I could still feel the fiber glass on my arms for months.
GPO3 is bad in that respect. It throws off fibers and dust when cutting it with a dry saw. G10/FR4 is just dust and fumes. The G10 is also a much harder material and dulls blades and drill bits quickly. The diamond blade on a tile saw works great and water holds down the dust, but a diamond blade in a table saw or even a circular saw works well too.

I done my fair share of insulating, and I hate that itchy feeling! :x

Yesterday I came across "laminate composites" in the 2005/2006 big book
put out by MSC Industrial Supply Co.. They look to serve manufactures and
offer a very large selection of tooling. They're out of New York and have $25
minimum order. Web site at: mscdirect.com
