Really? I thought he was dead. Well that is a good thing then. I would never wish death on anyone (except my mother in law, lol/JK), but I honestly just read somewhere a month or two ago he croaked... glad to be wrong!

Ok so here is what I got back...

they are based in Europe probably Swiss, so they are punishable by law to some degree, but it's your dime to fly over and press charges.

It's probably legit, but he suggests going to your bank and setting up a second internet account and tell them you need to make a wire transfer or deposit to a foreign bank account. Most banks will be able to assist. That way they can't sell your bank account numbers or flush out your account. Just put in $300 to cover any surprise fee's. and close it when the funds have been removed or the book arrives.

He also suggested to just wait and buy it used on ebay.

the last couple words of advice. ship it to your work and give as little personal information as possible, set up a free email just for this transaction, as it will be sold for a profit to marketing.

Oh and until the book arrives kiss your $300 ($200 for book + $45 shipping + ??? + Duty fees) goodbye but cross your fingers and hope for the best.

fuck it you only live once right? and as far as i know i can't take my money with me.... Why not if they ever actually get them pressed then i'll order one and if they sell out i'll just buy it on ebay for $400. at least i'll know it's real.

It indeed exists, and is very well done indeed.

Not necessarily a TON of new stuff, but certainly one of the best compendiums of knowledge and pictures on the subject in once place.

have you seen one in person? or own a copy? How long did it take to recieve your copy and how was your experience in dealing with them?

I received a copy from the author as a gift. I spoke with him a few times during the preparation of the book, and found him to be quote professional.
The quality of the book is excellent.
