Stand-alone Dumbleator ?

Post by pedro »

Hi guys,
My ODS build is in a very large surplus chassis I had from a military surplus store. Finished and tweaked - except front panel cosmetics to do.
see pic of the Industrial Overdrive Special !
Everything is great - especially with all the input Ive had - esp dogears and Bob-I. BUT the point to point dumbleator I had to squeeze into my build after building original board "non-dumbleator" means that I have some less than ideal cable runs to the back panel of the amp for send returns and the level pots etc.

So Ive decided to do an external dumbleator.

I need some advice on the Power Supply for a 1 unit 19" rack layout. any views on a suitable supply and in partic what power TX to use.

cheers
Pete C
