k....try all three possible radii. 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2". a = b, since it's a right triangle and a = radius. The distance c from the center of the circle to the corner of the crossed straight edges is the square root of [2 * (r**2)].

1/4" ==> c = 0.354", c - r = 0.104"
3/8" ==> c = 0.530", c - r = 0.155"
1/2" ==> c = 0.707", c - r = 0.207"

Assuming that is 3/4 inch thick cabinet stock looking at the top edge of the cabinet it appears the goal was to create a half round profile, therefore a 3/8 radius router bit would be appropriate.

To measure the radius I think you could take a carpenters square and set it on the cab.
The distance from the wood corner to the inside of the square would be the radius, no?

I personally prefer the 3/8" bit.
To my eyes it makes a very smooth transition especially at the inside corners where the top/bottom boards meet the sides.
Needless to say the inside routes need to be done before the cab is glued up but in my opinion this is what gives the cabinet a Trainwreck look..

Here is a picture showing one of my cabs with a 3/8 roundover.

That look like curly maple, Twang. Check out anyone's firewood up your way. The first 4' of every maple in Southern Quebec is gonna have some pretty good figure.
