Even with the crummy camera mic, you can hear that amp is something special!
I like that second song...good stuff!

I can hear the "ring".
Re: Liverpool In action...
Cool, sounds good man!
Not makin it any easier to decide on an amp to build, but it's still cool...

The second clip really reminds me of Audley Freed (ex Cry of Love, Black Crowes), one of my favorite players of all time....

Thanks everyone!!! I'm flattered!!!
All 7 of our songs were written post liverpool. That tone helped drive the direction of all the music. I always write the lyrics after the music.
This may sound weird but, I would not be advancing this fast with my tone and feel if it was not for that amp. It took me to a whole different level.
Anyone know what I mean?
Thanks again!!!!

Actually, I did not build the amp. I have no time to learn how to build amps. I leave that to the guru's like you guys! I love reading about and understanding how amps work though!!!
Here is the story on this Liverpool...
A guy named Ray Schulte in Dana Point, CA. made the Trainwreck Liverpool clone by hand with a bunch of 1961 Hammond M3 (or M1) organ parts. He had someone bend the chassi at a machine shop for him. Only the Output Transformers and the tube sockets and a couple caps are from weber and some other place like hayboeur or someplace like that. (sorry for the spelling) All the cloth wires and even the EL84 and 12ax7 Tubes are from 1961 and say Hammond on all of them. (I've never seen that before)
Re: Liverpool In action...
I'm really digging your music. It's right up my alley. Good job!
Kind of reminiscent of the Black Keys to me, but I'm thinking your stuff is a little more fun actually.
I'm glad to hear what a Liverpool is capable of. I don't hear many liverpool clips, but I've been planning a build because I figured (through educated guesses that it is the sound that I want).
You've confirmed it for me. It's nice to hear one do something more towards what I would use it for.

Songs are really cool...I hear a little Zep & some Jack White mixed with some ass kicking playing.
Tone is great too!

RAD!!! I never miss The Black Keys when they come to town!!! Thanks man!
I'm happy you were able to gather more data for your build too! The V30 4/12 really does the job well with it too.
I can't wait to hear some of your stuff when your done!!
