Yes I know... :roll:

It sounds silly but it really help. I couldn't find any suitable feet here in Europe so I bought tinny JTM grey feet from Metro amp. As I was tweaking the amp to tame noise I try those Audioquest I had laying around.

When I hit a power cord at loud volume the amp cab is barely vibrating, not the case at all with the others feet, also the oscillation/noise seems less of a problem. To me it's not different from a tube ring cap or cork fitted between chassis and cab.

i have big rubber footers that i like...picked them up at Home Depot.

But if eggzactly the right type of feet aren't placed in eggzactly the right place, the amp might lose its mojo, dude! Man, you just don't get it, do ya :wink: :wink: :wink:

The original Express I saw had these bumpers/feet on it. Made by Budwig.
Model F8B. I ordered some from Mouser a while back and they looked right and sounded great!
