Say's it works. Look at the insulation burnt clean off the two wires on the transformer on the right. It looks like a big OT and a little PT. Probably two separate 6V6 windings in one package. Oh well.

Piss me right off but many eBay vendors just don't know. My absolute favorite is when they light the amp up without speakers connected just to see the tubes glow, I've seen shit like redplated 6L6s in the pics. Still they bid...

The 21H (this one is version "C") has a big PT, a big enough OT and a choke. The tube compliment is 2 x 5Y3, 4 x 6V6 plus a couple preamp tubes. No regulator tube unlike 122 and 147 amps. The PT is a very capable chunk of iron so something has to be wrong to burn the insulation off.
