O.K., I try to unrstand things and do things, sometimes without ehough bck ground knowlage...
I had an amp built from the Phoenix plan ( Sluckey ) A while ago I had an effects loop installed in it buy a local tech,
Worked fine, Now I sold the amp, wothout the loop. So I removed it myself today. Simple enough it semmed, just a few wires to remove... except now the amp produces NO sound.
My guess, there is no longer a path for the signal to reach the PI

PLease help. I am assuming the signal needs to be taken from the plates of V1b and V2B and fed to the grid of V3A ????

That's basically correct, but there is a lot of circuitry between the V1b/V2b plates and the PI grid.
