Why doesn't my bass control work?

I don't know which schematic you are using but shouldn't the 10K resistor be in series with ground? I'm not really sure, just trying to help.

Ooopps, just checked the '97 schematic and yours looks right. My layout is wrong.

On both the schematics I have (Hybrid RevA and specimen revision 1.2) the middle control is wired as what looks like a rheostat . Perhaps this may have some sort of effect on the bass control. I haven't built one as yet ( hard for me to tell) still sorting the layout.

Must've been a cold solder joint. I re-flowed all the connections and now it's working. Thx.
