Very possible, I was working outside in the 90+ degree heat here with decent humidity... I don't know what the heat index was but it wasn't fun :D

How do I increase my bias current if my bias pot is already maxed out

To get a hotter idle current you can do two things , but first set your bias adj pot the middle of its range .

Next you need to increase the value of the AC dropping resistor that feeds voltage to the diode to get the negative voltage somewhat on the edge of the ball park you need.
Since this resistor will then be called upon to drop more voltage you should increase its wattage by a half watt, or you can added another resistor in series to drop the needed voltage.
A second resistor should be the same wattage as the original one just to be very much on the safe side.

After that if need be you can lower the value of the bleed resistor to fine tune how much negative voltage your bleeding back into the chassis depending on how wide a range of bias adjust you want the pot to have.
