hello everyone,
you are right Talbany, I don't like the 6550 valve.
However, even though reverb is an important element in sound formation, I like JM / Wonderland even without it. So my ideal amp (for the moment) should have the Clean JM / Wonderland even without reverb and the OD of the Bluesmaster, do you think it's possible to put the two together?

If you would do a little research and study a few schematics here is what you would find
A guitar amplifier is basically split up between 2 sections. Preamp and output sections.. The different Dumble model amplifiers had 2 different output sections Fender style and Marshall style (not including the SSS)
and 3 different preamp sections a Classic/Skyliner/Bluesmaster. He also had what is called an HRM (tonestack in Overdrive)and a Non HRM (No tonestack in Overdrive). So with that said lets try to build your amp
Clean Channel
The Wonderland has whats called a Classic tone stack with a 3 tube reverb. (So if you Axe the reverb) and add overdrive you get what is called a Low Plate classic,non HRM (See files section for the layout) Both Wonderland and low plate classic's have the Fender style output sections.
Overdrive channel
The Bluesmaster amp has the Bluesmaster tonestack,H.R.M tonestack and Marshall style output section.So these amps are pretty much Apples and Oranges right?
So if you want a Dumble amp with Overdrive that sounds like the clean channel of a Wonderland (without reverb) then the Low Plate Classic is a good choice. The only problem is it will not have the Overdrive sound of a Bluesmaster and what you are asking for does not exist!
So my recommendation would be to check out some clips of the overdrive of a Low plate classic amp and if you like it then this is the closest thing I can recommend and still stay within the Dumble/Wonderland reservation (Sort of speak

)
The other thing you should keep in mind when you are asking these kinds of questions is? As soon as you add or drop a reverb circuit to any amp you alter (and in some cases dramatically)change the gain structure of the preamp, it now becomes a completely different sounding amp (Even with the reverb off) This is especially true in the case of the Wonderland,with the 3 tube reverb which makes it that much more difficult to compare. A Twin Reverb without reverb is no longer a Twin, it's a Showman
BTW. My picture of 121 with the 6550's was a troll..
