I'm wondering what components affect the critical parameters (center frequency, slope) of the bass, treble and mids on a D'Lite? Is there a summary somewhere?
For one thing, what is the purpose of the .0012uF cap and the 1k (EDIT: 10k) resistor on the bass pot?

Re: D'Lite tone stack
I think you meant to say 10K resistor on the bass pot. Someone on the Forum (I think it was GlasMan) modeled this stack and can tell you for sure but common sense would say that the 10k allows some Bass even when the pot is all the way down and more importantly is part of a network with the .001 (or .0012) across the pot that lets any upper mids and highs that exist at that point have a more direct path to ground and helps "tune" the Bass pot to just Bass frequencies, unlike a Fender stack the mids don't change much when turning up the Bass..
