I use those same star washers on my bias test point jacks.
For the isolated Switchcraft jack I use one of those plastic step washers on the back side and a fiber washer on the nut side.

By the way, are you securing your RCA jack at all? Or the way I did should be good enough...by the way I decided to ground it to the chassis in the end.

When using the isolation washer (stepped washer) it will not tighten well and I just leave it that way.
Have to drill the 3/8" hole larger to fit this stepped washer so why not just use a Cliff jack same size hole.
