With reference to the SIR #39 gut shot, it is pretty tough to use the existing PCB and simply add on to it.
A friend tried it and had issues with feedback when the gain was turned to a moderate level. I had a look at the amp too and working out where the feedback was coming from nearly impossible it seemed to be travelling through the chassis and I think I can usually work these sorts of things out quite easily.

It doesn't look like Caswell has done much, but he has overcome quite a few hurdles.
Yours Sincerely

There was a guy on Ampgarage that was working on a new PCB for Marshall clones like a JCM800 2204/2204 series chassis mounted pot type board but I never heard if he actually had some make up.

I mention this because that's exactly what I would like to do go PCB and save some time building and consistency with builds.

I'd be keen to see the pictures of the PCB's if you can find them.

Hot Rod Plexi #2 in it's head cab and going home tonight to new owner a gift to a good guitar player and nice kid that deserves something nice in his life.

In my older life it's time to pay back and I have been building amps, repairing amps, and other devices for local guitarists charging parts costs only. Plus free amps.

Puts a smile on my face helping others.

I am sure they will be very grateful and remember the work you did for them!
And inspire them to be better musicians.

Cheers!

Thanks guys.

I decided my remodel of my work bench/room was long over due. Removed work bench pulled up old outdoor style thin carpet for ease of cleaning mess on floor, bare concrete.

Old crappy shelving was removed and new unit put in. Now trying to unclutter and organize for maximum building fun.

I started on a layout today, which needs a lot of fine work. I don't have the Cliff jacks in my library need to find those.

I suck at this but it should be better than nothing and I will finish it up soon. Visio 2003
