I have a vintage 417 in my garage, I will take 5450 for it.....

But in all seriousness there is a hell of a lot more to replicating an amp than just copying down the component values and types and a few voltages and creating a schematic. Its tedious work and the majority of time is in the prep phase. I have done this on my own amps (a customer wanted a sonic copy of an original Super Overdrive amp) and it took over 40 hours to take all of the required measurements which I have cataloged for future reference.

But is it one of the special rare ones that are nearly impossible to find and can give you the tone that is found in the original OD Deluxe?

So whoever is doing the overdrivedeluxe.net clone just did a demo : https://youtu.be/QYQuWh_YngU

and of course Bill at Sebago is doing one too : https://youtu.be/Urm2SoShcjI

Interesting that Danny Click played on both demos.
