Thanks again guys. One additional note. I noticed that with the vibrato engaged there was kind of a static pop when the volume is turned from 0 to 1 or 2. Also the amp would do a low level oscillating thing when the intensity was turned completely off. This stuff started happening when I replaced the stock oscillator tube with a JJ. The stock tube that Fender ships these with is a different 12AX7 then the rest of the ones in the amp and I think it is lower gain. I put the stock tube back in and the issues went away and the tremolo is not quite as strong. I have also noticed that when I have replaced bad tremolo roaches in vintage amps with the new Fender ones the tremolo is a lot stronger and maybe not in a good way. I am thinking Fender may have made them that way to make up for the smoothing that goes on with the additional components they added to the tremolo circuit.

This was definitely true when I serviced my '63 blackface Deluxe-Amp.

All I changed out was the roach, and replaced all the power supply and cathode bypass electrolytics. The trem range is not as pleasing as before the service.
