I just tossed several cameras in the trash. A couple pocket-sized Canons with horrible resolution and poor optics, and a Canon point-and-shoot that used some weird celluloid substrate impregnated with silver salts in lieu of a digital image sensor. How do you see the images? No idea.

Galaxy has a much better camera system than the IPhone. Set the resolution to max and put a big memory chip in it for cheap. My S5 is much better than my wife's I5 or my daughter's I6.

My now old S4 has a front camera and a back camera. The front camera is low res. Among other things, it tells the phone when it's in your pocket and that changes the behavior of the dings and vibrations. It's actually a nice feature.
It may have went to this other dimension where all guitar picks disappear. Never being able to recover anything from there, it is a one way portal it seems at my place at least, so you got very lucky here.
I am happy with my iPhone camera for quick snapshots.
For heavy photo duties, using a Nikon DSLR which is Fender Champ sized Guess this portal is not that big for it to pass through.
