Egad! "Material uncertainties" is an accounting term of art with special meaning. It means things are already real bad, not just heading downhill. The next step is a pronouncement about "going concern" which means there are questions about whether an organization will survive for another year. These words are not used lightly and are seen infrequently in financial circles. Take heed.
