Martin - You are the man! That did it. Swapped the OT primaries, tied the ground back down. All problems are gone. This thing sounds amazing now!
No more oscillation, or any problems. I'm even getting the bloom. Right at 6V difference at trimmer. You guys have made my year!
I'll post some clips tomorrow. Too late to get loud now. Plus I want to get this thing put back in the cabinet.
Thanks again! Woo hoo!

Here is a little clip. Nothing fancy, just a little improve blues lead. No effects. Just strat into amp, recorded with an IPAD sitting on a stool. This was at low home jam room level, with OD engaged, and master turned way down. So, the amp isn't really even opened up.
My 16 year old son (who helped me build this, and my Plexi6V6) and I brought the amp over to have a guitar buddy's (Casey) house to check it out. Casey is playing guitar on this one, I'm on bass, and my son is on drums. My son has only been playing for about 8 months.
Thanks again for all the help making these cool amps into realities.

No. My son is on drums. My friend Casey is playing guitar, and I am playing bass.
