Agree with you jaysg, a reasonable price for a P-II should be around let’s say 650 EUR. You can buy a R55 112 for 800, on the condition of traveling hundred kilometers to check the amp.
Edited for more clarity.

Hey gang, since I just went thru the pain of the mods neeed on 1955 Hickock tube tester to be able to test out triple triodes, a 6u10 is like 2 12au7s and one 12ax7 in the same bottle .
When I die, I want to go like my Grandfather did, peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming like the passengers in his car!
Cutting out a man's tongue does not mean he’s a liar, but it does show that you fear the truth he might speak about you!
Finally I checked today the P-II and it was not the amp I was looking for. It sounds horrible:
6V6’s were falling down alone when I was playing (never see that), important ground buzz, all the pots were scratchy, the lead mode was like ‘a coffee grain mixer’ tone, clean mode wasn’t really enjoying to listen to. A big deception for me on this one.
