Well, the modulation pedal came, and I am pleasantly surprised. Here is a link to a demo of the pedal (I didn't make the demo).

The pedal has Chorus, Flange, Phaser, Tremolo, Rotary, Pan (yes, it is a full stereo pedal), U-Vibe and Vibrato. For some of you, these might be fairly pedestrian effects, but all I wanted was the basics (Chorus, Trem, Rotary and U-Vibe), and this scratches those itches.
The effects are surprisingly good, and the pedal is actually very quiet. And with regard to my needs, it hit two more hot button requirements - it will fit easily in the spot on my pedalboard that I will be vacating by removing the Hardwire modulation pedal, and it was not too expensive (actually, it was dirt cheap at $42 shipped!)
My only complaint is that the push button switch feels pretty soft, like a momentary switch. This leads me to believe that the bypass is not true bypass. But since all of my other pedals are true bypass, it doesn't seem like this will be a catastrophe.
Thanks to those of you who made suggestions. If any of you have a need for any of these effects in a small cheap package, I can recommend this one.

I stand corrected. According to their website, it is true bypass.

That's a lot of pedal for the $. I wasn't aware of that one. Please let us know how yours sounds and holds up. The utube demos sound very nice. Pedals at that price/performance point could make a big impact on the pedal market...or not.

It sounds really good. The box seems to be sturdy metal construction. The only concern is that the pots appear to wiggle a little. Reminds me of a SS Marshall I worked on once, where the pots weren't actually fixed to the front panel with hex nuts. But it might be OK. I'll let you know in a few weeks if it is holding up.
