I got a note asking about the best way to add a ground buss to the an Express build. We've been over the good and bad of soldering directly to the pot case but as most folks have found you can't really solder to the stainless case of the Mil-Spec pots.
For a while there were some real nice ground lugs available on eBay and elsewhere that had long legs that make it easy enough to run a ground buss behind the pots. These are hard to find nowadays but I've come up with another good option using a more common ground lug. If you put a 90 degree twist on that lug you can feed the buss wire through them and tie them all together nicely.
Also, Zippy here on the forum pointed this out to me years back that you can build you controls outside the chassis and make everything easy to get to... you have to consider it's all reversed to get everything in the right place when you put it on the inside of the chassis. This makes for a nice clean wiring job and can be a lot easier than working inside.

Re: Ground Buss options on an Express build
Grounding lugs for BNC connectors and various other coaxials are still in the market....

BNCs come in several varieties , - panel, feed-¨through, isolated, gas tight.... all in different hole sizes
If these are too small, there's lots of other RF options, - N,UHF etc. etc
Also check other vendors....

Re: Ground Buss options on an Express build
The BNC lugs I found had a much too short leg to bend around the pot. Perhaps there are some I haven't seen that will work.

Of the two listed fron DIgikey, the single one is .96'' and the double have 1.15'' legs.....

Figured I'd throw this in as another alternative. You'd have to drill holes in the bottom of the chassis or use countersinks on the side but they work quite well.
