If it has a detachable power cord, which it should, then many times the fuse is in the plastic section where the cord plugs in, so take a close look !
If it's does you pop the cord off and them pry out square section that the small fuse in loaded in.

I done that after seeing the pic that was posted. The fuse was not blown.

Don't know who's amp picture is the one Drew so kindly posted, but that particular one is the Japan version, 100VAC .
Those must not be plugged into 120VAC, period.
They regularly appear on these shores, either brought by somebody who visited Japan (very common in Brazil, where it's customary for Nisei (first generation) kids to visit and work for a year there) or through "grey market" imports, say through Panama middlemen who get them cheap bypassing the regular distributor channels.
Worst is that amps usually do work when plugged, and sound very well in a 5 minute shop test ... only to explode when subject to the first gig.
