TW Express Build has no volume range

I built an Express from a Ceriatone kit and it sounds fabulous, I absolutely love it.

Something I've noticed, though, is that it doesn't have much variation to the volume at all. At 9 o clock, it's furiously loud, and turning it up makes it a bit louder, but mostly more distorted. It sounds fantastic, so it's not really a complaint, I'm just wondering if this is normal, or if maybe I need a different taper pot of something?

This is pretty much normal. Use the volume pots on your guitar, vary your attack and tame the best.
