Looking for some mouser part numbers

Post by JamesO »

I searched but couldn't find anything. Does anyone have a mouser part number for . . .

The switch that selects 4, 8, or 16 ohms we see in so many amps?

Cliff input jacks?

A 20x8 chassis?

Carling SPST switches to use for power and standby?

EDIT (10/15/07): Passive Aggression Removed

Check this thread for a few diff. options for impedance selectors.
https://tubeamparchive.com/viewtopic.ph ... r&start=15

There's a mouser part # in that thread.

Mouser doesn't carry cliff jacks. You COULD get them here:
http://www.tubedepot.com/
or
http://tubesandmore.com/

http://www.mouser.com/search/refine.asp ... rling+spst

As far as the enclosure, I don't see anything on mouser or digikey or allied that's even close.

What amp is it for?

Benoit, thank you. I came up with the same page on the Carling switches but looking at the data sheets, none matched the ones I've been using which seem to be somewhat standard. And the selector switch thread didn't come up for me at all. Thanks for finding it, though.

I'm hoping to order everything from Mouser to save the nice $10 shipping fee from Antique Electronics.

James, I'm genuinely sorry for the way my reply came across. I've stripped it down to the good stuff. I mean(t) no ill will whatsoever. PM on the way.

Thanks, Ben. I really respect that. I'll cut away my post too. I probably jumped too soon.
