You reinforce why I rarely frequent forums these days. Thanks a million. Really appreciate the quality inputs.

Winder this is why I can't stand people like you on forums, total jerk.

Mark, it's the instant access generation. Hand it to me right now, cheap and in a hurry.

Well, it turns out you're both incorrect.

MFowler, how you can make that assessment with so little information is beyond me, yet not unexpected from the "Internet empowered". If you think you're setting some sort of good or positive example by jumping to conclusions (such as with your first knee-jerk post), and mouthing off, you really aren't. Very small minded indeed, revealing much more relative to your own inadequacies than mine.

Also, I'm much older than a microwave generation kid. There was no issue; I asked a simple question. Ultimately, the concept is simple professionalism. Sadly, that is lost on your kind and I doubt you'll ever get it. Maybe when you do actually grow up.

From what I've seen and experienced so far, it appears RJ does operate professionally and I'd feel very comfortable working with him on this. At least that much has been revealed. A couple of other folks have been helpful as well. Much appreciated.

If I decide to move forward, I had hoped that this would be a place to discuss, learn, and get assistance where needed. If you two are representative of what can be expected here, then probably not.

I'll leave the rest of this thread to both of you heroes. Nothing to be gained in being judged by immature strangers. Good job.
Take a hike to another forum. What do you think you are the only old fart building amps. :shock:

We really should direct such peeps at fartblossom to keep BB company.
And btw - any pissing on my lawn better involve drinking copious amounts of PBR with me. Then it's allowed, but only if the wife don't see.
Apparently...

Please aim at the wire fence next to the pasture. Yeah, that one with the insulators on the posts. :shock:

Listen up Posters:

If your going to come on this forum requesting info and then start insulting responding posters, well think twice before posting a-hole responses.

That goes double to you Winder.

and just a bit of color to add - I'm another mostly old guy, and I've been trying to do this for a while. Mark, RJ, and so many others have been amazingly helpful to me. This is a great place - but if you come in and knock on the door, hey, be nice! Have a little patience. It's not an old or young thing. It's a respect thing. Respect, mon - we all have something to share and learn. So new folks, take your time, read a bit, and be nice. I don't believe that there is another place on this planet with more knowledge and more willingness to share and learn.

Oh, and once again, this is my way of saying thanks - AGAIN. ;^}
