Now that I've heard what it's about, a real live where in the world is Carmen Sandiego. Poor ol' Casey.
In the 70's and 80's I used to joke that there wasn't a program director at any pop FM station that earned his/her paycheck. All they did was format Casey's top 40 list, handily published every week.

One of the articles says he has advanced Parkinson's and is unable to speak.
He is a pawn in a family feud between his ex-wife and his daughters.
One of them apparently spirited him away and has him hidden somewhere, a nursing facility or an Indian reservation are the two top choices.
