Wire routing, Over coaxial or under?

Hello, I am about to install my preamp board and wondering if it is ideal to slide the power tube grind wires, presence control wires, and loop in and out wires under the coaxial or lay them on top. It seems to me that routing them under keeps them away from the plate supply high voltage but laying them on top keeps the coaxial from moving around. Is one way better than the other?

I would rout them under tight to the chassis to get benefit from shielding.

The plate supply voltage is rectified DC and therefore not so much a major hum inducing wire (or crosstalk). However, do keep your wires away from filament and OT primary wires.

Thanks Kassie, yeah that seems like the best way to go. I am using 20 gauge solid hookup wire and rather thick Gepco shielded so getting everything routed nicely under the boards is a bit of a challenge.
