Which part of tube is most prone to microphonics ?

A guitar should never sound like a bee, a duck or, a chainsaw (well sometimes a chainsaw is alright )

It's actually the entire filigree construction of all the metal parts inside a tube, how they are connected together and how and from what they are hold in space to each other...

... but yes, almost always the control grid is the most prone part inside for vibrations - and due to its vibrations, what creates micromotion/change of spaces, it's modulating the amplification factor of a tube, from us heard as microphonics.
