Debug error on PM reply?

I get an error message when I try to reply to PM's people send me -

I'm getting a similar error after every time I post. I just ignore it, as my post shows up anyway.

is it a vacuum tube powered server ala ENIAC?

if so, one of the logic tubes may need a re-bias
