Considering the free cryogenic treatment you got a bargain.
Yeah they all appear to work okay too.
He who dies with the most tubes... wins

Mine showed up today, shipped on March 27. $12 for four, plus 8$ shipping by Reg'd Airmail, from Romania. All dated 1-78 as advertized. From a bulk pack, they look good. (Vendor shows a pic of the bulk pack on his site on Ebay, so I know they ain't used).

Tested as 6DJ7 (but set gain at High not Medium), I get two balanced, one excellent (<0.5VDC diff.), one good, two unbalanced. My tester is the VTV Dual Triode "Characterizer". Modern digital tester.

Gain-wise, three around 92 vs 100 for a NOS spec 12AX7. One (unbalanced) right at 100 or so.

Not as quiet as some 12AX7. Maybe the screen was not grounded??

That's interesting. I don't have a tester, so I guess I'm going to play Russian roulette with them when I build an amp for them. Ha, ha, ha...I wasn't intending the pun.

Not yet. Winter is build season for me. At this price point, there is little cause for hesitation. Just jump in!

These are a more durable 6922/6DJ8 variant.
They are great on an Audible Illusions stereo preamp I own and these tubes are some of the few that can sustain the high voltages the phono section hits them with.
They sound great for stereo listening, but not sure about instrument amplification.

I tried 10 of the Voskhod, and all were not very good and I sent them back.
Too noisey, hummy among other things. Maybe it was just this brand? But I never tried any others.

Interesting...renewed interest caused me to want to look...LOL, I didn't remember where I put them...next to my desk chair on the floor! Mine have the old diamond shaped logo of the Reflector/Saratov plant. I wonder...didn't pay much for them. Eventually, I'll find out.

David's picture above shows Voskhad logo.
