Power Tranny: 11410
Output Tranny: 11415

They were used and are the originals. These are the direct OEM replacement for your Express, Liverpool, and Rocket Wrecks, these are the two we're selling.
Can you quote general specs for these transformers? By that I mean voltages and current ratings for the PT, and impedances for the OT?

So you're saying that all three models of Trainwreck amps (Express, Liverpool, and Rocket) had only one set of transformers?

It was my understanding that the express and Liverpool shared the same OT and PT and the rocket used that same PT but a totally diferent OT. Therefore there should be 3 TW OEM pacific parts.
AFAIK only one or 2 rockets have pacific OT cause Ken experimented with like 4 or 5 other people making transformers for the rocket.
One rocket I think also has a Heyboer PT.
Also, maybe there were 2 diferent PT's one for the Liverpool and Express and the other one with the 5V tap for the rectifier tube.

Too confusing!! :?

More sales research today. The two part numbers I listed were the parts we sold to Ken ten folds more than any other part...and when I mean "other" parts, I'm talking demo/prototype quantities. I'm not a trainwreck expert, partly the reason why Im on this forum is to learn from you guys. The closest thing I have to a trainwreck is a Climax. Doesn't use ANY part listed under 'Kenspecs". If only one of the 3 models uses a 5V tap for rec tube, I'm gonna reference which of these parts has the tap. Hopefully we have a verdict today!

10 x ???

We, too, are interested in the history of the TW amps. How many of each of those PT and OT did your company sell to him? That will help us get a better idea of how many amps were made - at least, those using your parts.

We understand that he used iron from other companies as well - that may be useful to understand on your part, that your company's iron is not exclusive OEM parts for all Trainwreck amps.

Those K&M specs are not the same as Ken's specs. Close...very close, but everyone's gotta tweak something and call it their own. But this is the last I am going to post about 'specs'. What we've got works with all models and sounds/plays great. I just talked to a friend of Ken's that has an Express and Rocket, today. He is a guru.

You sound like you're willing to take information but not willing to share. That's not a business model that will win friends here.

G'luck.

Not really here to look for information as much as I am looking for people in need of parts. The information I've seen on my thread alone is opinionated, contradictory, damaging, and not factual. The serious inquiries have already emailed/called me and we are helping each other out. I know who to take advice from and whom to ignore. What isn't a proper business model is trying to hound someone for confidential information. My business is nukes, I'm not giving out launch codes.

He does have a point, I'm sure he'd be happy to give you the standard OT Spec otherwise its a bit hopeless trying to buy a transformer from him! But hes not going to tell you what they spec they use to build the transformer, that's like Marshall telling you how they build their JVM Amps etc. Long short of it is if you need a transformer for your Amp then he can help you.

Zippy: ROTFLMAOCCOMN? What does that mean? Not seen that one before!
