Peavey Rage lil practice amps sound EXACTLY like Tush without a Cooper Time Cube.
Identical.

Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

I loved the Rage tone first time I heard it. Wouldn't be surprised if there was one in ZZ's studio amp "doghouse."Reeltarded wrote:Peavey Rage lil practice amps sound EXACTLY like Tush without a Cooper Time Cube.

Rage makes a nice preamp too. I've seen John Platania (Van M & Don McLean) use one that way.
Not bad for a "sand" amp. Cheap too.
down technical blind alleys . . .
Re: Tip for ZZ Top fans
I've got one somewhere am I cool now?
Re: Tip for ZZ Top fans
You were cool before you had Rage. You're cool now, but not because you have Rage. You'll be cool in the future whether you have Rage, or not. Rage is not the arbiter of cool. It's what one does with ones Rage that determines Coolness.cbass wrote:I've got one somewhere am I cool now?
Why is there never a Zen Ying-Yang emoticon when you need one?
Re: Tip for ZZ Top fans
I love Rage (against the Machine). Does that qualify for cool? Or just Kool Aid.

Be sure your tinfoil hat has a good low impedance ground.
