A great guy here set me up to build a smokin marshall.He gave me everything.Thats my next build.I hope to learn a bit more.Its winter here in PA.Cold snowey,Got my shop out in the garage and a solder table electronic station down the basement.I got time on my hands so Im going to use it well.

Mikey I know it can be expensive but you need to have a heater in your shop so you can work all winter. :)

Oh,Mark,I did not forget,Ill be getting the Diaz parts together,I got a 2 sets of the transformers he used for us. They are old stock shumackers.Thats a definite build.!!!!! This winter.I still have a little 220 heater from my Trimming homes days I fire up in the garage,I going out now to put the leather corners on the Brown Suger.Happy New year Bro!!!

SE amp for audio (maybe KT88) and a small amp for home playing/recording (maybe something tweedish).

I'm working on a Lite IIb-ish project using a 6SN7 tube in P-P for the power section hopefully built into a sub-$1 cake pan. We'll see what happens! :wink:

I just placed a big (for me anyway) order with Mouser and a small order with Weber. I'm going to do the Matchless thing with PPIMV in the RCA PA chassis and a 6G4-A in the Dukane chassis. I think both are going to be smokin' amps. I just don't know why (yet) I'm building 50w-ers. I don't play out. These might end up on the auction block. Fun stuff!

hey tom thats cool

i was gifted one of these fellers, a Hytron HY616 a couple months ago

UHF Power Triode IIRC, im gonna whip out the datasheet and check the load resistance, i have some 8w universal OTs, ill be needing the little top cappers tho....
