We have clear and temps in the low 20's F which is to drop into sub and single digits over the next few days.

Night before last it got down to 18F.

Last night 27F possible snow today.

It's been cold and dry for November, which is usually our wettest month.

Usually if we get this much snow its in early spring and it turns off 75* the next day and it melts .this is kinda the opposite

I'd say we average 4 or 5 inches a year

Wife stuck in Lubbock, TX due to ice storm and they don't de-ice planes in at that small airport.

Looks like she will be there all weekend, was scheduled out on Thursday. She isn't happy because she of course wants to be home with me

Apparently she can fly out as soon as the flight crew have had their mandatory rest hours. So no set time as of yet.
