Re: Happy 2K day to me
You should make your next nine posts about Arthur C. Clarke.

Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

Right or wrong, I think of it like "x-mas", so to me, every time I see it, I automatically think "Christian".Structo wrote:Congrats xtian.

+1 for Christian
Congrats!
Congrats!
Re: Happy 2K day to me
You're right (oops--couldn't keep my trap shut!), it's "Christian". My middle name ironically, and I'll explain why, is Cristian. No "h". My mother chose it because she liked the name, but wanted to render the name secular.
The ironic part is I'm now a Christian, with an "h", and was baptized this past summer. And this is only possible because of my loose-limbed, left-coast, rocking Presbyterian church, who know that the message is uniformly good and loving and giving, and don't promote guilt or greed or bigotry or ritual sacrifice.

Re: Happy 2K day to me
Whoa. There is a face. Pretty cool. The geologist in me kept trying to see a microscope view of limestone, but I didn't think that was right.

Ah, I should have Googled it.
Indeed, Christian.
And yes I do see a face too now that you mention it.
Now about that face on Mars.
