Denver has a lot of taco trucks.

It also has a lot of prairie dogs.

...but I've never seen a prairie dog anywhere near a taco truck. So I'm pretty sure I've eaten prairie dog

ICE almost deported me because they said I spent too much time eating from a Phoenix Mexican Roach Coach in 2007.

But I love Mexican food. :)

AKKkkkkk! That's a groundhog with a big rat tail!

I hear nutria fur is pretty good stuff, cheap compared to most other sources. I'll have to order up a yard of it to paste atop my head. Without the tail, thankew very much. Don't tell Peta...

Gators like nutria. Gator tail is tasty. So nutria just needs to be filtered through a gator to be edible.

Thanks for the burger recipe. Gonna try it out soon.

how about this?

I am a service tech for a machinery company. I get this stuff for free from my customers. Of course I don't have the 1200 degree oven that Peter Lugers has but hey it's still good

I didn't know what a nutria was. Maybe we call them something else up here.

Yes we even have Nutria here.

From what I remember they were imported from Europe to supplement the Beaver supply for fur.
Before I built a fence around our backyard, the Nutria used to come up out of a ditch and graze on our grass....

Other critters that we have had in the backyard include Racoons, Muskrats and Possums, oh my!

A few weeks back, my wife came into the house and said there was a sick Possum in the dog yard.

I go out there and here is this varmint laying on his back with his mouth gaping open.

I started laughing and told her, "He's playing Possum!"

I picked it up with a shovel and threw it over the fence.

Don't let that smoke out!
