I got an amp to fix
I picked it up from a buddy. It's a Fender thing with speakers in it. I think it's a combo.
Those rediculous Tung-Sol 6L6s and the fuse is popped. I see carbon all over one tube socket.
This thing is heavy. I think it's a combo.

Id that a combo with fries or onion rings? I'm guessing fries on account of the carbon all over the tube socket.Reeltarded wrote:I picked it up from a buddy. It's a Fender thing with speakers in it. I think it's a combo.

No. It goes to my house and then I use scouring pads and comet then paint as soon as it's dry.

Did you retube it with your favorite tubes, them KT88s???
Just kiddin. You probably already have it converted to a cathode follower with EL34s.

No. Bunch of little ones. Like 10 4" speakers or something.
