thank you my friend - that is the truth - I just hate everyone telling me over 5 cheesburgers they have a hormone problem Aint no such thing. Show me someone overwieght who eats 10 grams of food a day....aint gonna happen.

I respect honesty - and garner lies as a flawed character - thus those who lie have bigger problems than you - the first thing to do is face up to it.

The trick is schedule - you dont eat snacks - 3 meals a day smaller than the plate, and no cheating. meals only at precribed hours. I started with 1 plate, went to 1/2, and am now at 1/3 - thats about right. Lots of vegis and rice.

I sympathize - I have my own addictions.

Heck I still "duck & cover", as if that would do any good. But I don't miss a big bowl of overcooked spaghetti covered with a pound-and-a-half of government cheese not fit to even be Velveeta. And that was the best meal the school caf could offer.

Modern kids, what do they know about duck & cover? If the nuclear air raid sirens went off, they'd just stuff their earbuds in tighter & turn their iPods up all the way.

I suppose it would't be P.C. to mention the lez conspiracy amongst grade school teachers & admin. An awful lot of Miss's. Not too many Mrs's. Hm, not that there's anything wrong with that!

Just reporting what there was, 1958-71.

On first blink it might look like happy hunting ground for the guys, but in reality, not so much. A lot of those Miss's had an attitude "All boys are BAD." And when the principal, secretary (who wielded an amazing amount of power) and half the teachers were Miss's-with-attitude, you better believe the deck was stacked. And that was 50 years ago more or less.

At least I got along with the principal. She saved my bacon many times. God bless ya Miss Noyes, wherever you are. (Last spotted in Provincetown MA, true story.)
