I hope all our Amp Garage members stay safe and sound through the upcoming blizzard.
Sounds nasty, with high winds and up to three feet of snow.
I can't imagine what that is like since we measure our snow out here in inches.
So, put another log on the fire boys.

Strange as they are saying this will be the snow storm of the century.
Winter Storm Nemo:
Blizzard warnings are in effect from coastal Maine to northern New Jersey, including Portland, Maine, Boston,
Hartford, Providence, to the New York City metro area and Long Island.

One to two feet of snow is expected! Some locations, particularly in coastal New England, may approach, or even exceed three feet storm total snow!

I'm outside of Boston, snowing now, no biggie yet.
Turn on any TV channel and the news heads are all disheveled, ties askew, yelling "Buy milk and bread! Buy milk and bread!"
The usual mass confusion about the difference between a weather event and a news event.

No snow here, yet. It is like 51° and the news people are freaking out about buying milk though.

Miles I think you are probably far enough South that it may miss you.
You guys in the tropics have no idea what you are missing.

I walked to the store today and the snow was at knee level for most of my walk. I just measured from the bottom of my foot to just below my knee. 19 inches.

What a waste of good powder! You need to do some white-out driving and rush yourself to the Adirondacks. Damn, if I still was there I'd quit my job for a big dump.
