So I finished up the FET layout.
I also added my onboard regulator relay supply board to the pallet.
All off board wire holes are sized to accept eyelets. Most are 3/32" eyelets, however the holes for the power transformer leads onto the rectifier are 1/8" holes.

I have attached a PDF view of all the layouts combined onto one sheet.
I have also attached 3d cad views of the FET, Relay Supply, and Rectifier.
I mostly did this to check clearances between larger components.

If we order 10 sets, cost would be about $58 per set.
If we order 16 sets, cost would be $41 per set.
If we order 20 sets, cost would be $37 per set.
I'm pretty sure 1 set will fit in a USPS small flat rate, possibly 2 sets.
Small box is about $5.50 in the US.

I plan to take 2 sets myself.

I am not in a major rush, so I figure I would wait at least a week before ordering anything to give other folks a chance to think it over and decide. I will probably order some components to physically check the layouts before ordering, just to make sure of everything.

If people have any questions about the layouts or design, please let me know.

I'll take two sets! I still have some of Jason's boards but not complete sets any more. You'll have to ship to Canada, not a big deal, just costs more.

having the regulator on pcb
Ive done a lot of tests on this - it dramatically increases the noise and humm injected into the circuit.

Personally - the relay supply must always be located with the power supply - else you got some noise you cant get rid of!
it really is a journey, and you just cant farm out the battle wounds

Hi All,
Just a quick update. I currently have orders for 11 sets of boards.

If it is okay with folks, I will leave this open for another day or so, then I will go ahead and finalize total costs and get the order going.

Fabrication lead time is about 10 days.

Thanks again all,
Steve

Hello, I'm in for 1x Set if there's still time.

( yep, new unknown member, I know.)
I got linked here from the slocloneforums.com
( http://www.slocloneforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5675 )

Been pretty active over there if you'd like to search on my handle (pereatmundus) before you allow me in on the group buy.

In any case, I'm happy to have found this and would love to get to buy a set.

Thanks for your time and work!

All,
I just sent out emails with totals including shipping.
Once the payments are in, I will get the boards ordered.

lead time for the boards is 10 days, plus 2 days shipping.
It will take me a few days once they arrive at my shop to shear the panels into individual boards and get them shipped out.

Thanks again everyone,
Steve

Quick update for everyone:
ExpressPCB shipped early, so I will have the boards at my shop on Monday.

I will try and get everything sheared up and shipped out by the end of next week.

Thanks all!
