You guys are a bunch of turtle sniffers - you can throw any amphibian in there and it'll sound and perform just as well if not better.

The good thing about turtles is if you are running low you just use part of one. Smells the same and nobody will ask, probably.

You know what the first ingredient in Chinese vegan cornbread is? If you guessed turtle you are wrong. It's cat.

Is a tortoise interchangeable in place of a turtle? If so, are they wired the same?

Turles don't require reforming. Tortoises dry out and cause hums or even worse, a very slow painful electrocution. It's like being run down by a Zamboni.

Now I'm confused, because I read the opposite: that tortoises were better insulated and held in the electrolyte; whereas turtles leak like a sieve and have to be kept in a bath of Gatorade (or similar electrolyte brew).

Idiocracy. I love that movie as long as I only see that same 12 minutes of it.

Okay, so the turtle/tortoise should be kept in hibernation/stand-by mode?

You said "Gatorade" and I couldn't help but think that is what plants crave..

It has electrolytes!!

I don't generally watch movies.
Don't have the time.
But two I will ALWAYS stop for are Idiocracy and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Snappers are the way to go.

Now, what IS the setup in that barn door amp?

Sorry for the derail but...
If anyone finds my racing tortoise (Tiddles) can you please let me know.
I miss him.
I know Mullard GZ34's are supposed to be the dog's bollocks, but it's just not the same.
Till he's back - Turtles!

If you like, I'll send my racing hare (Sleepy) out to look for him?

OMG NO!!! Tiddles!!

Bob, I have a really bad feeling that he isn't coming back. I just had some Chinese vegan cornbread that went through me like a rocket.

So sorry..
