Yeah Junior absolutely kills with remarkable talent and whit. He is one hell of a player for sure.

Saw him back in 97 when my ex was quite pregnant with my oldest. I remember her saying that that my daughter was kicking through the entire concert - as we were very close to the stage since this was a very small outside "concert in the park". Funny thing, when my daughter was 5 or so she found my old walkman and Junior tapes and would not stop listening to him. Hehe, the good old days...

I think he had a pair of twins, dimed I'm sure at the time. His wife was playing rhythm acoustic too. But oh man the Hendrix licks sounded sooo good.

Every video I see of him amazes me more...really enjoyable to watch.
I think any of us who grew up watching Porter Wagoner or Buck Owens were wishing they would break loose and do something like this, although they always held the line ;~)
